Subject pada kalimat aktif menjadi object pada kalimat pasif. Subject pada kalimat aktif menjadi subject pada kalimat pasif. Rumus kalimat pasif Simple Present Tense: S + To be (am/is/are) + Verb 3 + by + O Subject = Pumpkin pie. To be = is, karena subjectnya memakai kata benda tunggal. Verb 3 = baked. Kemudian ditambah ''by'' dan object ''my mom''. Kalimat pasifnya yaitu ''Pumpkin pie is baked by my mom" (Pai labu dipanggang oleh ibuku). Jadi, jawaban yang benar adalah ''Pumpkin pie is baked by my mom''.
