In fact, around 70% of our planet is made of water, about the same amount that our bodies contain! Water is such a simple thing. Each water molecule is a combination of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen (H2O). Without water we would become dehydrated and die. To stop this from happening you should drink around two and a half liters of water her day. You can also get water from eating healthy food such as fruit and vegetables. Because there is so much water around, we often waste it thinking that there wont be a problem. For example, when you brush your teeth do you turn the tap off? If not, you are using about the same amount of water that one person in a country like ethiopia or mali uses in a whole day - about ten liters!
