Chicken Wraps 

Ingredients:

• 45 ml olive oil
• 2 chicken breast, skinned and sliced 
• 8 flour tortillas
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 lemmon, juiced 
• Salt and pepper 

Steps: 

1. Heat the oven 200°C (180° fan), 400°F, gas 6.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through. Set aside. 
3. Warm the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes. Remove from the oven.
4. Place the chicken and vegetables on the tortilla, sprinkle over the lemon juice and roll up, tucking the sides. Do to all the remaining. Slice the wraps in half and garnish with parsley.
