    If you have nothing to do on 17 March, why don't you tune your TV to a live event called 300 Animal Net Channel. This might be the greatest experience you'll ever have because two of the largest and rarest apes in Asia, orangutans, will meet their mother for the first time since their birth.

    This deeply touching moment will be recorded by Animal Net Channel on Borneo Island. The Animal Net Channel, as part of the "Save Orangutans" campaign, is on the front line to prevent orangutans from extinction. The population of orangutans is decreasing sharply due to illegal logging.

    The baby orangutans were born in December last year. The babies were separated from their mother to enhance their independence by sending them to a zoo in Japan. Caretakers in the park say that the babies are healthy enough to climb a tree to meet their mother. Orangutans also hug their mums tightly just like humans.
