Last holiday, my brother and I visited our grandparents in Bandar Lampung. There are many tourist destinations, such as museum, shores, water park, zoo, and Way Kambas. During our visit, we decided to go to Way Kambas, the Elephant Training Centre. We wanted to watch the huge animals playing football

Way Kambas is situated in East Lampung, about 110 km from Bandar Lampung, the capital city of Lampung. It took 3 hours for us to reach Way Kambas from our grandparents' home. We left early in the morning at 6.am. by car. It would take longer to go there by motorcycle or bus.

We were lucky to visit the place on the weekend because the elephant football show is only held on weekends. The show was great. It was amazing to see such big animals running and kicking the ball. The ball was larger than the one used in regular football. After that, we watched other attractions. My brother had a ride on the big animals, but I didn't. I was too nervous to do it.

At 4 p.m., we returned to Bandar Lampung. We were very tired but impressed. It was really an interesting experience for us. I hope you can visit it too in the future. By the way, how was your holiday?

• Paper, pencil or marker
• Scissors
• Acrylic Paints
• Paint Brush
• Sticky Tape

How to do it:

1. Draw a simple design on a sheet of paper. Cut it out. Now, you are left with a stencil.
2. Tape the stencil on the bottle. Paint inside the cut-out section
3. Take away the stencil carefully. You'll have your favorite design on the table. Continue decorating the bottle with the stencil.
4. If you're done, pour sand into the bottle. Put your pretty bottle on the shelves.

Tarragon Corn Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 ears corn
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped fennel bulb
• 2 minced garlic
• 3 bay leaves
• 4 small potatoes, cut into chunks
• Salt
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon

Method:

1. Grill the corn directly over heat about 10-15 minutes to get extra flavor.
2. Cut the corn kernels away from the cobs.
3. Boil 6 cups water and bay leaves and add the corn cobs to make corn broth.
4. Heat the pot; add butter, chopped onion, fennel and garlic. Saute for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the white wine and boil them down by half. Add potatoes to the pot with onions and fennel, then pour in the corn broth. Stir well and add salt to taste. Simmer gently until the potatoes are tender.
6. Last, add the fresh tarragon to the pot.

Nowadays, the police have been applying tile new regulation concerning the use of seat belts. In European countries, this regulation has been applied for a long time. However, thls new regulation has become controversial and is an interesting topic to discuss. Here are some of the arguments.

The use of seat belts has been proven to reduce the risk of injury or death in an accident. Seat belt has become a standard component in cars. The research shows that most car accident will cause an injury to the head. Frequently, drivers or the passengers driving without seat bells die because of this. By wearing the seat belts, the injury will not happen since belts restrain our body on the car seat when the accident happens.

Unfortunately, many cars, especially the old ones, don't have seat belts. This is because the traffic conditions in the past were unlike the recent traffic conditions. The designer of old cars didn't consider a seat belt as an important part. Besides, the drivers wearing the seat belt will think that they are completely safe, so they may drive carelessly. They are safe, indeed, but how about safety of other?

The seat belt is only one of the ways to reduce the risk of car accidents. It doesn't mean that we are completely  safe. In short, our safety depends on ourselves.
