The first time I visited Florence was in 1990. I had never been to Italy before and it was very exciting to step out of the central station, La Stazione della Santa Maria Novella, and into the ancient streets. The immediate impression I had was that everything is all four or five hundred years old. I felt like I had travelled back in time half a millennium. The first historical place I visited was the Uffizi Palace, the main art gallery, which houses paintings by artists such as Sandro Botticelli Michelangelo, and Raphael amongst many others. After completing a round tour of all those extraordinary works of art, I found a quiet little cafe in which to relax with a truly authentic cappuccino. There is a vast choice of cafes and restaurants all around the Uffizi Gallery and almost everywhere in Florence. In this town you are never more than a stone's throw from somewhere to try Italian cuisine. After visiting the Uffizi, I decided to investigate the magnificent Pitti Palace. It was located a short stroll across the Ponte Vecchio and adjacent to the delightful Boboli Gardens. This magnificent 14th century palace is a 'must-see'. I strongly recommend spending at least a week in Florence to take in all the beautiful art and architecture and needless to say, to enjoy some culinary delights this town has to offer. If food or an object becomes stuck in the throat and blocks the flow of air, it is very scary and potentially life threatening. The person will initially be conscious but unable to speak, cough, or cry. This article will teach you how to treat a conscious choking adult or child using the Red Cross recommendation of the "five-and-five" approach. Once upon a time, seven orphan sisters lived together in a village; the youngest sibling was the only stepdaughter from previous marriage of their late parents. The youngest one was called Rarang. She was opposite in character and personality to her sisters. She was a diligent, kind, honest, and humble girl who did all the housework, such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning. Her older sisters were lazy, rude, arrogant, and envious girls who were always ordering their youngest sister around. One day, Rarang lost some of her older sisters' clothes while doing the laundry on the river. The older sisters scolded her severely. Rarang tried desperately to find the lost clothes, but she found nothing. She then cried on the river bank. Suddenly, a beautiful goldfish with shining golden scales appeared in front of her, jumping from the water and trying to cheer her up. The goldfish was magical and could talk to humans. It introduced itself as Leungli. After the girl told it why she cried, Leungli helped her to find the lost clothes. Finally, they could find the clothes. From then on Leungli became Rarang's faithful friend, listening to her problems, comforting and cheering her. Every time Rarang needed Leungli's company she would bring rice she had saved from her meal on a banana leaf to share. She would call by dipping the tip of her hair into the river and singing pantun.
