I never refuse his offer since I also love oceans, and last month, was one of those memorable experiences with my brother This time, we rode a small boat together. My brother brought me to the coral areas near the coastline to father date about the creatures there. However, our research would soon changed into a rescue mission. As we getting close to the coral areas, we saw a big fish stick in a fishing not killed with tons of plastic taste. We didn immediately jump out to rescue it. My brother wanted to make sure that it want a share. Luckily, it was a dolphin. After making sure it was safe, my brother put on his swimming year. He jumped down to check the dolphins condition. It want really good. It has been stick for a long time and needs to be released Thankfully, the not didn caused a meaningful damage to the dolphin. The rescue operation didn last long. My brother cut the not little by little. I handed the tools from the boat and recorded the event. The only problem we had is the taste that compiled inside and around the not which locked my brother vision. At last, the dolphin is free. It twirled around us, then swam away.      A green flash, which occurs more commonly at sunset-but can also occur at sunrise-is a phenomenon in which part of the sun can be observed suddenly and briefly changing colour. It usually lasts only a second or two-which is why it is referred a flash-as the sun changes from red or orange at sunset, for example.

     The green flash is viewable because refraction bends the light of the sun. The atmosphere acts as a weak prism, which separates light into various colours. When the sun's disk is fully visible above the horizon, the different colours of light rays overlap to an extent where each individual colour can't be been by the naked eye.

     When the sun starts to dip below the horizon, the colours of the spectrum disappear one at a time, starting with those with the longest wavelengths to those with the shortest. At sunrise, the process is reversed, and a green flash may occur as the top of the sun peeks above the horizon.

     It is a primarily a green flash because more green light get through and therefore is more clearly seen. Sometimes, when the hair is especially clear, enough of the blue or violent light rays make it through the atmosphere, causing a blue flash to be visible. However, green is the most common hue reported and captured in photos.

     A senior Indonesian writer Nurhayati Sri Hardini Siti Nukatin, batter known as NH Dini, has diced at Elizabeth Hospital Semarang, Central Java, on Tuesday, 4th Desember 2018, at 4 p.m. due to an accident.

     Goenawan Mohamad confirmed the news through his Twitter accounts, "NH Dini has died. Teh 1936-born novelist is a prominent writer of the generation who first appeared in the Kisah magazine. Her works: Pada Sebuah Kapal, Namaku Hiroko. May she rest in peace," Goenawan wrote, adding that Dini has died in a car accident.

     Born in Semarang on February 29, 1936, Dini has been diligently writing since she was in grade 3. Her career in the national-level writing began when she sent a poem to a radio program "Prosa Berirama" (Rhythmic Prose), which was broadcasted by Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI), before trying her luck in making short stories for the women's magazine, Femina.

     Dini began writing long stories since she felt that the short story format was not suitable for her. She began writing her first work entitled "Hati yang Damai", then "Pertemuan Dua Hati" (1986) published in Femina.

     NH Dini was considered central as a pioneer of women's voices in the 1960s-1980s when not many Indonesian women decided to become writers. "Literature is my world, I have been in this field for 60 years and I hope to continue to contribute to Indonesian literature," said the feminist just before receiving an award.

     Almost being forgotten, the writers name resurfaced when her son Pierre Louis Padang became the talk of the world due to characters of Minions in the Despicable Me 1, Despicable Me 2 and Minions film.

     Pierre Louis Padang, better known as Pierre Coffin, and Marie Claire Lintang were the children of Dini and French diplomat Yves Coffin. The couple who married in 1960 decided to divorce in 1984. Padang and Lintang then chose to live with their father. NH Dini is planned to be burried at Harapan Asri Elderly House, Semarang. Her body will be cremated at Kedungmundu cemetery in Semarang, on Wednesday, 5th December 2018, at 12 p.m.

     Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said Indonesia still had a long way to go to improve education system, adding that programmes designed and implemented by local governments were key to improving the quality and standard.

     She said Indonesian students often lack critical thinking skills and empathy and that the country must therefore tweak its education system to nurture these values.

     "We recognise that there is still a long way to go for Indonesia to improve the quality of education," Sri Mulyani said at the inauguration of World Conference on Creative Economy in Nusa Dua, Bali, on Wednesday.

     The country has been allocating 20 percent of its annual state budget to education, while the average Indonesian student is expected to spend at least 12.3 years in school-above the global average. However, according to the World Bank's Human Capital Index published last month, the learning quality of most Indonesian children receive is only equivalent to 7.9 years in school.

     The government plans to spend Rp 490 trillion ($33 billion) on education, research and development, and innovation in formal education and vocational training next year, which would be 10 percent more than this year.

     The minister said it has become more pressing for Indonesia to ensure that the funds allocated to training and the development of valuable skills are well spent, if the country hopes to benefit from the creative economy and faster growth. She noted that local governments, which are responsible for the implementation of education programmes and policies, must improve their capacity to achieve this goal. It's a problem of how we can use this resource in the most effective and also most efficient way, to achieve the best result," Sri Mulyani said.
