     Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said Indonesia still had a long way to go to improve education system, adding that programmes designed and implemented by local governments were key to improving the quality and standard.

     She said Indonesian students often lack critical thinking skills and empathy and that the country must therefore tweak its education system to nurture these values.

     "We recognise that there is still a long way to go for Indonesia to improve the quality of education," Sri Mulyani said at the inauguration of World Conference on Creative Economy in Nusa Dua, Bali, on Wednesday.

     The country has been allocating 20 percent of its annual state budget to education, while the average Indonesian student is expected to spend at least 12.3 years in school-above the global average. However, according to the World Bank's Human Capital Index published last month, the learning quality of most Indonesian children receive is only equivalent to 7.9 years in school.

     The government plans to spend Rp 490 trillion ($33 billion) on education, research and development, and innovation in formal education and vocational training next year, which would be 10 percent more than this year.

     The minister said it has become more pressing for Indonesia to ensure that the funds allocated to training and the development of valuable skills are well spent, if the country hopes to benefit from the creative economy and faster growth. She noted that local governments, which are responsible for the implementation of education programmes and policies, must improve their capacity to achieve this goal. It's a problem of how we can use this resource in the most effective and also most efficient way, to achieve the best result," Sri Mulyani said.

When does the supermoon occur?

Do you like Mexican foods? Have you ever eaten quesadillas? Now, lets make chicken and pepper quesadillas. It is for four persons

Youll need:

• 90 ml vegetables oil
• 2 loves of garlic, chopped
• 2 red chilli, finely chopped .
• 2 red pepper, sliced .
• 2 green pepper, sliced
• 200 g or 2 cups grated cheese
• 450 g cooked chicken, shredded

Method:

1. Heat 4 tablespoon of the oil in a large pan and

2. Add the pepper, season with salt and pepper 3. gently cook the garlic and chilli until soft. and cook gently for 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a large frying pan and cook the flour tortillas on one side only until they start to puff up. Get aside and keep warm.

4. When the pepper are cooked, add a little more oil to the frying pan, lay one tortilla, uncooked side down in the pan, shatter over some cheese, pepper and chicken and fold over.

5. Cook until the cheese starts to melt when remove from the pan and keep warm.

6. Repeat the remaining tortillas and serve immediately

As water passed over the collar cells, food is captured by the collar cells ring of tentacles. Once absorbed, food is digested in food vacuoles or transferred to the amoeboid cells in the middle later of the body wall for digestion

Pictures costed to the Facebook page of the Tijuana mayors office showed official with face mass cordoning off the entrance of the Benito Juarez Sports Complex on Friday

The complex, which had become Tijuanas main facility for sheltering migrant trying to reach the US border, was closeddue to the poor sanitary conditions, a statement from tie office of Tijuanas major, Juan Manual Gastelum read.

CNN crews visiting the compex last week found squalid conditions, including open sewage drains.

Rodolfo Olimpo, a representative from Baja California states Special Committee on Migration Issue, told CNN last week the compex was more than three times over its capacity.

Since Thursday, Mexican official have been transferring migrant from the compex to a new sheleter that is further away from the border in the eastern part of the city in an area known as El Barretal

Most of the migrant staying at the compex had left as of Sunday, but CNN chews there observed several dozen migrant staying in tents outside the gate
